Departed Bar Harbor, ME 6:15 am Arrived New Castle, PA 10:30 pm. Travel Distance: 935 (total 2887 miles since 9/29/07). The day of power driving, and heading home. So far our trip has been going great. Lucky for us, we are used to be in the car for long trips together. We are having a blast seeing the East Coast at 75 miles per hour. Since this is our first time, and we know that we have skipped many areas and missed so much. However, we are starting to make a mental list of sites we would like to see in the near future on another trip. Traffic has been great, except for when we missed our exit and had to do a detour. This only put us behind by 40 minutes and we ran into our only stand still traffic.We stopped in New Castle, PA to visit Amber's brother Chris. We went to a local bar and had a few beers and wings. It was nice to see where he lives, and have a place to spend the night after a long day on the road.
